Recently, Amazon's placement program has led to an increase in labor costs for shipments that do not utilize the minimal option. At times, labor has double to produce a shipment. As a result, any shipments requiring placement at four or more Fulfillment Centers will incur a 5% invoice fee. This change is necessary to cover the additional expenses associated with managing and distributing these shipments effectively. As usual, we will continue to condense shipments as allowed, keeping in mind that still costs time. ******
***If minimum is not met, a fee based on the difference may be invoiced on the 1st of the next calendar month. This invoice will follow the invoice policy, due same day by 6pm MT time. Late fees will apply as policy. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of account.
** We get it, sometimes our clients need an extra shipment in a week. Especially during the holidays, almost everyone needs that emergency order. We will try our very best to accommodate that request. If that is the case, we charge an additional $30 for your request.
** Any Item that sits longer than 10 days due to gating will be charged the prep fee.
Monthly Storage Fees: Storage of all items is FREE for the first 30 Days then, $20/mo PER line item, thereafter.
*If items sit for more than 3 months , items become property of Above All Prep and Ship. Items will be disposed of or donated*

Do you offer a product/invoices photo-taking service (in case of ungating Amazon categories), and how much?
Yes, my cost per unit includes: Receiving, Inspection, Item pictures if damaged, Label removal, and Labeling (FNSKU, Fragile, Suffocation warning, Single unit - do not open).
Is there a subscription fee or monthly fee? If there is, how much about it?
I charge a one-time set up (registration) fee of $50 to get started.
Do you help to keep the receipt & invoices? If you do, how long would you generally help to keep?
We keep invoices pertaining to your shipments on file for 6months year. If you wish for us to keep your packing slips, we sure can upon request.
Do you require a minimum quantity of each shipment?
No. But there is a fee for shipments less than 35 units, and a fee to skip a week's shipment.
How to start a business with you?
If you are ready to get started, let me know and we can get everything going for you. Once you have paid your set-up fee of $50, I send over our Welcome e-mail with detailed instructions on how to get started.
What's the turnaround time of your prep center?
Clients have a designated shipping day of the week. You can request additional shipments for a fee.
How to pay?
We will send an electronic invoice link when inventory is ready to ship. Policy is invoice is paid by 6pm MT time that day.
